Return & Refund Policy
1. Proof of Purchase
Refunds or exchanges will only be processed with a valid bill/receipt.
2. Condition of Items
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact. Any altered items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
In case of colour fade due to wrong washing practices or mishandling, no exchange or refund will be entertained.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are allowed within 3 days of purchase.
Refunds are not applicable for items made available against a special order (bulk/customized). Refunds will be made in the same mode of payment as purchase, where possible.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.
Items may be exchanged against the same item, different size, or any other item in the store (subject to price adjustment, if applicable).
5. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items
Undergarments are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene reasons.
6. No Pilling Guarantee
All woolen uniforms (sweaters, blazers, cardigans, etc.) are covered under a No Pilling Guarantee.
7. Time Frame
Refunds: within 3 days of purchase.
Exchanges: within 7 days of purchase.
8. Management Rights
The management reserves the right to accept or decline any return/refund/exchange request at its discretion.
